Self-expression is the act of expressing your thoughts, values, principles, beliefs, emotions and feelings. It is how you present yourself to the world. And, it can take a wide variety of forms. You can use your words, your facial expressions, your body, your behavior, your movements, clothing, actions, and possessions to express your authentic inner self.
What self-expression is not?

You need to look inside your true self and accept that real YOU.
